About the Job

Hi I'm Sara Avans, owner of Sara Avans Studio, co-founder of Marble Creative Studio - an Atlanta based creative firm, that develops social media strategies, and produces Instagram content, for fashion, jewelry and hospitality brands.

As my business is rapidly expanding, I'm looking for an assistant who can help me create photos and videos for the clients' accounts and for my personal brand, along with supporting with related admin tasks. 

The resource will be involved in every aspect of the creative process, so that they'll have the opportunity to work on: 

• brand identity strategy 

• social media marketing and managent

• project management

• creative direction sales & business developmentmonitor and reply to emails

• fashion and lifestyle photo/video production and post-production

• influencer marketing

• styling and merchandising 

• modeling

• sales & business development

At the same time the resource will be able to provide their own insight about the creative process and propose new ideas and fresh perspectives.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and integrity

• Proficient in photo/videography

• Creative eye, with particular ability to leverage storytelling when creating visual content

• Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment

• Experience in creating Reels and TikTok videos

• Strong interest for fashion

• Knowledge of the Instagram/TikTok dynamics and trends 

• Familiar with Pinterest, LTK, and ShopMy

• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera

• Available to model for photos and videos 

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
